Apple has a long-standing tradition of designing its devices with limited storage space. While the company has a number of reasons for taking away the privilege of storage expansion in its devices, most users can find this limitation to be crippling at times.
You will not be able to capture more photos, install new apps, sync media files or even upgrade to the latest version of iOS.

Tap on the games app and then tap on “Delete App” and remove them. If you want to play it in the future you could easily re-install it from the App Store.
Besides, if it uses iCloud syncing and has a user account, the data and settings can be accessed on re-installation.
3. Clear the Documents & Data in Apps
Many apps take a lot of space through their “Documents & Data.” Typically, the “Documents & Data” consumes much more space than the size of the app itself.
For example, the Pocket app uses around 37MB of space. However, its documents & data can consume more than 190MB of space.
Documents & Data will have documents and files created or downloaded by the app.
For example, the Amazon Kindle app will have all the eBooks that you downloaded in this folder. This data may not be required and can be deleted to recover a lot of storage space.
