A father plays a very significant role in his child’s life and overall development. You are always learning something from your parents.
From a father, it is discipline that you learn and you must always appreciate his love for the family which inspires him to earn for you.
Pleasing your mom is usually easier than making your dad feel happy. But it is not too difficult either. Here are a few tips to make your father feel joyous this Father’s Day 2016.
1. Cook one of his favorite meals
Homemade food is the best so it is better to stay at home and cook for your father rather than taking him out to a restaurant. Make him feel special.
Clean the dining area and write out on a cardboard the virtues of a father and also put in a few words to show your love and respect for him. Hang it in the dining hall in a place where his eyes can catch it.
If you are good at drawing, you may draw a picture on his napkin or if not write a short message for him and place it on his plate.
2. Help him in his work
Help your dad in whatever he is doing. If you find him cleaning the garage join in with him. If he is under his car fixing it, bring a light, squat down or hand him the tools which he may need. If he is removing weeds, help him.
There is no need to ask him how you can help him. You do even not have to tell him that by helping him you are giving him a gift. He will know.
